JMDi StoreX is an internal business management application operated by JMDi Industries. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information within the application.
Account Information: Name and mobile phone number, used for authentication and identification within the application.
Location Data: GPS location is collected for sales representatives during active work hours (check-in/check-out and client visit logging). Location is only captured when the user explicitly triggers a check-in, check-out, or visit log action.
Business Data: Inventory records, purchase orders, production data, and sales activity created by users as part of their job functions.
All collected information is used exclusively for internal business operations at JMDi Industries, including inventory management, production tracking, sales coordination, and operational reporting.
We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. Data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure and is accessible only to authorized JMDi Industries personnel.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in Google Firebase with industry-standard security measures.
Business data is retained as long as necessary for operational purposes. Users may request deletion of their personal data by contacting the administrator.
